Module 1: From Autopilot to Attention and Intention: The (Rude) Awakening

Waking up from the “autopilot” programmed by white body supremacy, patriarchy, colonialism, and capitalism that influences your day-to-day parenting practices. 

Looking at “parenting advice” from 1894 to now to ground your parenting decisions in a larger context. 

So that when you’re stressing over following a parenting advice or trend “correctly,” you’ll have the context you need to say, “Wait a minute! Is that what I actually want to do?”
